The primary purpose of this e-Journal is to give the reader a better understanding of how to walk through the Word of God together with like-minded Believers while one recognizes their own growth.
It is NOT a book suggesting a new doctrine or calendar calculations. Instead, this book conveys the excitement and the profound joy that comes from having a daily encounter with Adonai the Lord our Creator. Additionally, this book will help you to prepare and organize a delightful setting to celebrate each new month and dedicate it to the Creator with your family.
Time is something that we all cherish. In the hustle and bustle of our busy lives, it is difficult to carve out those extra hours and minutes that are necessary to strengthen our spiritual lives. Family and work duties can gobble up our clocks and calendars if we are not diligent to plan our days with purpose. Of course, there is nothing wrong with having a family or a career, but we cannot let these obligations come before our relationship with the King of the Universe.
This is one reason that the LORD gave us His divine appointments. He knew that we would need His hallmarks in time to keep our lives balanced. One who is returning to the LORD’s Appointment times, knows all too well that preparation is the key to moving into His cycles without stress. When we meet with the King, we don’t want any hindrances that will steal our zeal or joy!
God’s calendar gives Believers an opportunity to meet with Him every week on Sabbath, every month at the new moon, and at various times throughout the year on His feast days. The Creator of the universe is indeed concerned about how we spend our time.
Families gather to fellowship, reminisce, and plan for the future. Families also celebrate life in all of its ups and downs and support one another through crisis and triumphs. From the very beginning, this has been the plan and purpose of the Creator as well. He beckons His children to meet with Him because they are His family, and He wants them to remember the past and to look forward to the future. In a word, He wants to BLESS us at His appointed times.
