Eva Mulema Matsiko is a lawyer and organisational development consultant with over 20 years’ experience leading governance and leadership development programmes at national and local government levels.
She has designed and supported programmes in Uganda, Ethiopia, Tanzania,SundoulosKenya, and Liberia, contributing to reforms in parliamentary processes, electoral systems, local governance, accountability, and public service delivery. Eva currently provides consulting services in programme management, institutional strengthening, and leadership development to government agencies, faith-based organisations, and NGOs.
She serves as a Deacon in her local church and was Registrar for the Sundoulos African Leadership Development Programme from 2006 to 2013.
